We’ve all seen this a million times already. And it’s still one of the greatest things ever.
I will never get over how he silences a hall with 6500 people in it with a finger to his lips. And it’s not just that he stops the name-chanting, but the room goes completely silent for a second.
I also love how when the name-chanting first starts up, you can see him break character for a tiny moment and awe and incredulity spread over his face. And then SNAP Loki is back.
This man is a true master - in more ways than one, I have a feeling.
UNF. I’m always struck by how perfectly he enunciates his words. And that little chuckle, and the way he stalks offstage…
"…and I will give you what you need." Ooh, damn, Is that a promise??
For me, it’s how he holds his hands, and the subtle movements of his head. It’s like he’s leashed Loki’s power and he doesn’t have to do anything wild or overt with it - it’s more stunning because it’s so restrained.
I don’t even know how to write in english all the things I think about this. He was INCREDIBLE.
